Nicole Williams has worked at ADL supporting students since 2002. Nicole received her Bachelors of Science from University of Delaware and Masters in Counseling from Johnson State College.

Nicole loves working with the middle school population. Nicole believes that helping students explore their interests and identity is an exciting and important part of their growth. She loves to help students find their strengths and passions as they move through middle school and get prepared for High School.

She loves living in Vermont with her husband Dave and her daughter Riley. She loves music, mountains, traveling and being with family and friends.

Jessica Librizzi has been a school counselor since 2013 and has been at ADL since 2015. Before starting at Albert D. Lawton, she was a school counselor at the middle and high school level in Connecticut. She received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Haverford College and earned her Master's in school counseling from the Southern Connecticut State University.

She enjoys helping students navigate through the complexities of middle school and helping them to begin thinking about their futures. She lives in Essex Junction with her husband, Zach and her young sons, Teddy and Troy. In her spare time she enjoys running, skiing and spending time on Lake Champlain with her family.
