Hi! I'm Carmel Osborne and I am a 4th and 5th grade literacy teacher here at Fleming. I am originally from northern New Jersey and first came to live in Vermont when I attended the University of Vermont for my undergraduate years. I continued my education in Boston and received a Master's degree in Education and have been teaching ever since then! This is my  21st year teaching and my 7th year at Fleming.
