Hello Fleming families! My name is Magdalena Lucia and this is my 6th year at Fleming School working with students who are English Language Learners (ELLs). I focus on meeting the needs of all the students in the ELL program in two areas: becoming proficient in the English language and adjusting to the school and community culture. I love teaching my students, getting to know them, their families, and their cultures.

I was born and raised in Poland and have lived in the United States for 20 years. I live in South Burlington with my two wonderful daughters.  When I'm not at school, I enjoy spending time with my daughters outside, especially on sunny days. We enjoy being active, riding bikes, hiking, and traveling.
