For more information or to register for hockey, visit the Essex Youth Hockey Association's website (link goes off site).

Stick & Puck time

The purpose of “Stick & Puck” time is to provide players the opportunity to practice things they cannot practice during public sessions and other hockey related ice times, such as basic skating skills, power skating, stick handling and shooting technique.

Stick and puck also provides a less crowded environment for private instruction. For Stick & Puck fees, see our Rates & Fees page.

For your safety: A helmet and gloves are required to play. Stick and puck times may be divided into different age groupings with some rules that apply specifically to those age groups.

Before joining us at a Stick & Puck session, please read the complete Stick & Puck rules.
