Essex High School junior Hailey Messier has been selected for an Honorable Mention in Vermont's 2023 Presidential Scholars program.
She was chosen for committing to arts education and demonstrating high levels of artistic expression. She will be formally recognized at the state house by the Vermont Agency of Education in January. Hailey is a member of the EHS bands and is Co-President of the EHS Chapter of Tri-M, a national music honor society. Congratulations to Hailey!
