As we proceed with the superintendent search process, the Board strives to keep our EWSD community updated. We have received many questions as to how families can give input into the search process. Here are the four primary ways to engage in this process:
Complete the Superintendent Search Survey:
If you have not already, please complete this short survey to give input about the qualities most important for our next superintendent. Thank you to everyone who has already completed the survey; this is a critical mechanism to gather community priorities!
Participate in a Focus Group/Listening Session with the search firm:
Please indicate interest in participating in a focus group by filling out this interest form by Wednesday, October 16. The search firm will organize focus groups by number of participants and be in touch with those interested.
Join us at the Community Gathering:
Wednesday, October 23, from 6-7:30 p.m. at EHS. This session will start as a large group and break into smaller focus groups.
Can’t join in person? Join the Virtual Community Gathering:
Tuesday, October 29, 6-7:30 p.m. Please register here for the virtual session. This session will start as a large group and break into smaller focus groups.
