Email Garry Scott

Garry joined the EWSD team in November of 2020 after retiring from the Vermont State Police where he worked for over twenty years. His final position was Captain, Director of Fair and Impartial Policing and Community Affairs. Previously he was the Commander of the Williston Barracks, Crash Reconstruction Team Commander, and the Traffic Safety Commander. Garry served as a main legislative liaison for the State Police on many topics and testified in the House and Senate in Montpelier for many years.

Email David Nyhan

David joined the EWSD team in November of 2023, bringing a wealth of experience from his background in hospitality management and engineering. Originally from West Cork, Ireland, he relocated to the United States in 2003, where he successfully opened and managed multiple hospitality businesses along the East Coast. David studied  Mechanical Engineering at Galway Mayo Institute of Technology and has developed strong expertise in facilities management, inventory control, and personnel supervision. His diverse skill set and leadership experience make him a valuable asset to the team.

Email Neil McIntosh

Neil joined the leadership team in Aug of 2021.  He is no stranger to EWSD, having served as Mechanical Systems Supervisor/Master Plumber for the past 4 years. Before that, he was Maintenance Coordinator for seven years in the former Essex Town School District. Neil brings licensed experience to the role including Master Plumber, Natural Gas, Electrical, EPA Refrigerant Handling, as well as certifications in Playground Safety, Building Operations, and HVAC.

Email Jessaca Lawrence

Jessaca joined the EWSD team in November of 2023. Prior to this position, she worked as an accountant for a property management company and previously served as an account manager, overseeing 125 properties. With her strong expertise of budgeting, accounting, scheduling and contract management, Jessaca is a valuable addition to the team.
